1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Sanchai AB through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed via our website. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors in stock levels or pricing.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT. Payment is made securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders within Sweden. Delivery times and shipping costs are specified at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
5. Returns & Complaints
As a customer at Sanchai, you should always be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a defective item or if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. You always have a 30-day right of exchange and a 14-day right of withdrawal (starting on the day you received the product) on our products. Please note that this does not apply to food or goods that have been customized according to your wishes, with reference to the Right of Withdrawal Act (2005:59) Section 11, paragraphs 3-4.
If you regret your purchase or want to exchange an item, you will pay the shipping cost for the return yourself. If the item is faulty, we will refund the purchase and the return shipping. It is important that you ask for a receipt for your shipment and check the parcel ID on the package you send in order to easily track the shipment. In the event of a refund, this will be done as soon as your return has been received and processed by us.
Returns sent in without an approved reason will not be accepted. If a package is not collected from the selected agent on time, you as a customer will be charged a fee of SEK 99 to cover handling and administrative costs. A package will usually remain with the agent for 7 calendar days from the time the package is received until it is returned. In the event that your order contains food or products that are customized according to your wishes, you will also be charged the full price for these.
6. Warranty
Sanchai guarantees that all teas sold are fresh and that all products maintain the quality and standard that can be expected from the corresponding price. All product descriptions of our teas are personally carried out by us in connection with a specific tasting occasion and differences may therefore occur. The pictures on our website are photographed in studio light and therefore there may be differences in color and appearance on the physical product versus the product you see on the website. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us immediately.
